Biography

Koby Wilbanks is a Principal Attorney at Oseran Hahn P.S., focusing on fractional general counsel services for businesses in Washington and Texas. Koby helps businesses with a wide variety of issues, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, employment issues, compliance, risk management, strategy development and implementation, and much more.

Whether companies are expanding into new territories or business verticals, preparing for a merger or acquisition, onboarding a new leadership team, or any other major company event, Koby counsels business owners and executives to develop strategy, improve processes, and create interdepartmental cohesion regarding business and legal matters. Koby also enjoys assisting companies in highly regulated industries that must balance innovation with compliance, including aerospace and international companies.

Koby uses her background in industrial/organizational psychology and passion for business to conduct a deep-dive of her client’s businesses and develop an immersive understanding of the inner workings of the business, allowing her to give tailored and practical advice that fits each client’s unique needs.
