Brittany Ferguson is paralegal to Attorney David M. Tall. Brittany’s work focuses primarily on civil litigation, with much of her time handling personal injury and real estate matters, including contested homeowners/condominium association actions. Her main responsibilities include file management, preparing legal documents, filings with the courts and litigation scheduling. She also communicates directly with clients, opposing counsels, court personnel and other outside agencies.

Prior to joining Oseran Hahn P.S., Brittany gained experience working as a paralegal for law firms in the Greater Seattle Area that practiced either personal injury or homeowners/condominium association law.

Brittany obtained her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice in 2009.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys going on adventures with her husband and young children, reading, and cheering on the Seahawks and Mariners with family and friends.
