Biography

David Tall is an experienced litigator, having over three decades of litigation experience. His experience extends not only at the State Court trial and appeal level, but the Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit. David’s focus is on personal injury and real estate litigation. His personal injury practice includes product liability, catastrophic injury (construction site), slip and fall (premises liability), as well as injuries arising from automobile accidents. His real estate trial practice includes commercial unlawful detainers, as well as traditional contract and real property disputes. David heads our Homeowner Association division, leading a staff dedicated to assisting associations with collection of delinquent assessments and other association matters, including amendments to Association governing documents and other disputes between the Associations and owners. He also represents Associations and other creditors in Bankruptcy Court.

David is a past Trustee of the Eastside/King County Bar Association and Chairman of its Judicial Screening and Evaluation Committee. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University receiving his B.A. in 1979. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1982. David was awarded the Order of Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy.

David and his wife Dafna have three sons and he spends his free time trying to improve his golf game, playing with his two dogs and rooting on the Mariners.
