Jim’s practice focuses on real estate and business matters from both a transactional and litigation standpoint. He represents clients who need assistance resolving disputes involving contract, partnership, employment trade secret and other business-related issues. From a transactional standpoint, Jim works with many business owners and decision makers to address a variety of business, personal and litigation issues. He also handles family law matters involving significant real estate and business issues.

Jim is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Montana. He is one of the firm’s most experienced trial attorneys, priding himself on achieving excellent results for our clients.

Jim graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Willamette Law Review. Jim is actively involved with the Eastside King County Bar Association and a former college basketball player who now enjoys golf and water sports.
