Jiaxi (Jessie) Wang is an associate attorney at Oseran Hahn P.S., primarily practicing in the areas of Business Law and Estate Planning & Probate. She has assisted clients with a wide variety of documents, including Employment Handbooks, PTO Policies, Employment Agreements, LLC Agreements, Exclusive Distribution Agreements, and Disclaimer Agreements. Additionally, she handles probate cases and drafts estate planning documents, such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Jiaxi obtained her law degree from the University of Southern California. Before pursuing her education in the U.S., she earned a Bachelor of Law in China and successfully passed the Chinese Judicial Bar exam. As an immigrant from China, Jiaxi possesses fluency in both English and Mandarin, facilitating effective communication, minimizing misunderstandings, and building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond the world of law, Jiaxi enjoys various activities such as dancing, golfing, snowboarding, badminton, traveling, and reading. She is also an active member in nonprofit organizations.
