Paul’s practice areas include complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment issues, TEDRA claims and personal injury litigation. He has handled cases involving high rise building defects, complex road designs, development of floor coating formulas and occasional “bad fish” processed and shipped to Europe.

Over the years, Paul has actively litigated cases throughout Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Nevada and North Dakota – in both State and Federal Court.

Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1990, Paul was an associate and then a partner with the law firm McInerney∙Baker. In April of 2001, Paul formed the law firm Spencer Law Offices, PLLC where he practiced for over ten years until joining Oseran Hahn, P.S. as a shareholder. Paul is a member of the Washington State Bar, King County Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice.

Born and raised in the Seattle area. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Washington in 1986 and graduated with honors from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1989.

Paul enjoys skiing, hiking, boating and watching football. He is active in the community, coaching youth sports and serving on various non-profit organization management teams. Paul’s life experiences, both professional and personal, have proved invaluable to his legal practice and his ability to handle the legal needs of a wide variety of clients. Paul subscribes to the motto; “life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it”.
