Brittany Ferguson is a paralegal at Oseran Hahn, supporting the firm’s estate-planning, probate, and trust-administration practices alongside the attorneys who counsel Pacific Northwest families.
Brittany works closely with the estate-planning and probate team on the full lifespan of a family file — drafting and assembling estate-plan signing packages, coordinating funding documents, managing probate and trust-administration calendars, and keeping the lines of communication open with the families navigating a loss.
She has been part of Oseran Hahn for several years and is known around the firm for her warmth on a hard call, her careful documentation, and a sharp eye for the kind of detail estate work depends on. Many of the firm’s long-time families know her by name long before they know the attorney’s.
Outside the office Brittany enjoys time with her family and the Pacific Northwest outdoors. She is regularly the first to notice when a client could use a more patient explanation, and she has a habit of making the legal calendar feel less daunting than it usually is.
