OUR HOME SINCE 1965 · DOWNTOWN BELLEVUE
Our office has been in downtown Bellevue since 1965, and the Eastside has been the firm's home market from the start.

Oseran Hahn opened in Bellevue in 1965, back when downtown was low-rise and the freeway was new. Six decades later the skyline has changed and the firm has not moved. Our office is at 11225 SE 6th Street, a few minutes from Bellevue Square, the downtown high-rises, and the tech campuses that reshaped the Eastside. We represent the companies and families that built up around us, from closely held businesses and real estate developers to first-generation founders, many of them engineers who left Amazon or Microsoft to start their own companies. Most of our clients are within a short drive. Many have been with the firm across two or three generations.
The firm started as a small-town main-street practice. Bellevue is now the second downtown of the Puget Sound region, with corporate headquarters, dense commercial real estate, high-value residential, and one of the largest concentrations of foreign investment in the state. That mix matches the firm's practice areas. Growing companies need formation and financing work. When an owner is ready to sell, buy out a partner, or hand the company to the next generation, the firm handles the deal, along with the contract and partnership disputes that sometimes come first. Developers need acquisition and development work, and owners need leasing and 1031 exchanges. Families with real assets need estate plans that hold up across generations, and increasingly across borders. When a marriage ends, the firm's family law practice keeps the same attorney on the file from the first conversation, including when the marriage involves a business or a trust. Because the office is here, meeting a Bellevue client usually means a short drive across town. The firm also represents people hurt in accidents and counsels churches, synagogues, and ministries across the Pacific Northwest. It practices in English and Japanese, which matters in a city where a meaningful share of business and real estate runs through families with ties across the Pacific.
We are at 11225 SE 6th Street, Suite 100, Bellevue, WA 98004, in downtown Bellevue. The phone is (425) 455-3900. It has been the firm's home for its Eastside practice since the firm opened in 1965.
King County Superior Court. Because Bellevue is north of Interstate 90, it falls in the court's Seattle Case Assignment Area, so a Bellevue civil case is filed at the King County Courthouse in downtown Seattle rather than the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent.
No. Bellevue is our office, but we represent clients across King and Snohomish counties and the greater Puget Sound region. Bellevue is where we meet them.
Mostly business work, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, business sales and succession, and contract and partnership disputes. We also handle real estate and development, foreign investment, estate planning, family law, personal injury, and church and nonprofit law.
We quote at the first conversation, and that conversation costs nothing. When we understand the matter, we tell you how we would bill it before any work starts. Injury cases run on contingency, with no fee unless we recover. Ongoing business clients can keep us on a fixed monthly retainer.
Wherever you are across the Puget Sound, the first conversation costs nothing. Tell us what you are dealing with.
