Cheryl Cook

Paralegal

Cheryl Cook is one of the firm’s longest-tenured paralegals, supporting the litigation and HOA practices across the full lifespan of a matter — from intake and discovery through trial preparation and settlement.

Cheryl works closely with the litigation and community-association teams on the day-to-day mechanics of an active file. She manages discovery, prepares filings and exhibits, coordinates with courts and opposing counsel, and keeps the calendar from owning anybody. Attorneys at the firm credit her with the kind of quiet competence that turns a busy practice into a steady one.

Clients see her work indirectly — in the response that came faster than expected, the index that made a deposition usable, the exhibit that was already tabbed before the hearing. She has been part of Oseran Hahn for many years and has supported nearly every shareholder on the team at some point in her career.

Outside the office she is an avid reader and committed to her family. She is known around the firm for a calm voice on a hard day and a sharp eye for the detail everyone else missed.
