Cheryl Cook is one of the firm’s longest tenured paralegals who also serves as the firm’s Administrator handling general accounting and office management.
Her paralegal work focuses primarily on civil litigation, with a majority of her time handling personal injury and other business litigation cases across the lifespan of a matter and beyond. Her main responsibilities include file management, preparing and filing legal documents and the day-to-day mechanics of an active file. She provides litigation support for hearings, discovery, depositions, trial, arbitrations and mediations, communicating directly with clients, opposing counsels, court staff and other outside agencies. As part of the Oseran Hahn team she has supported nearly every shareholder at some point in time.
Prior to joining Oseran Hahn, Cheryl earned her Associate Degree while working full time and gained experience working as a legal assistant/paralegal/office manager for attorney Paul Spencer acquiring a wide set of skills and experience in all areas of his then solo practice managing multiple office locations.
Born and raised in the Seattle, outside of the office, she is an avid gardener and dog enthusiast who loves to travel with her husband and extended family.
