Connor Rankin is a Shareholder at Oseran Hahn and a litigator whose practice centers on real estate, business, product-defect, and other high-dollar, complex commercial disputes, along with estate and trust litigation.
Connor represents clients through the full arc of a dispute, and he brings a pragmatic streak to it: where there is an avenue to resolve a matter and get the deal done rather than litigate it to the end, he looks for it first. Clients value his preparation, his judgment, and his read on when to push and when to settle.
Connor earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2017, including international law study in Germany, and served in Seattle’s Youth Traffic Court. Before joining Oseran Hahn he was a deputy prosecutor at the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office. He is admitted in Washington and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Connor has been named to Washington Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list every year from 2023 through 2026. He is married with three children and coaches his son’s t-ball team, and outside the office he skis, paddleboards, and golfs.
