Han Zahn is a paralegal at Oseran Hahn, supporting the firm’s business, real-estate, and international practices with multilingual fluency and the disciplined organization a complicated closing depends on.
Han works closely with the firm’s transactional and international-client teams. He assembles closing binders for real-estate and business transactions, prepares filings and translations, coordinates with title companies, lenders, and overseas counsel, and keeps multi-jurisdictional matters moving when documents and time zones complicate the calendar.
Han is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and works closely with many of the firm’s Asia-based clients from the first call through closing. He brings the kind of cultural and linguistic fluency that lets a transaction read clearly on both sides of the closing table and keeps a long file feeling well-organized.
Outside the office Han enjoys time with his family and the Pacific Northwest outdoors. He is known around the firm for a calm temperament and an unusually clear way of writing up a complicated task list.
