Karen Pay is the front-desk lead at Oseran Hahn and very often the first voice a client hears when they call the firm. She has been part of the office for many years and is central to the daily rhythm of the place.
Karen greets clients, manages intake calls, coordinates conference-room schedules, and handles the running logistics of a busy Bellevue office. She is the person who quietly ensures the right attorney is in the right room at the right time, and who notices when a visitor is having a hard day and needs a quiet moment before the meeting begins.
Attorneys and clients alike credit her with the warmth that sets the tone for every interaction with the firm. Many long-time clients know her by name long before they know the attorneys’, and many associates’ first day at OH begins with her introduction.
Outside the office, Karen enjoys spending time with family (especially her grandson) and friends.
