She drafts and revises corporate and commercial documents — operating agreement amendments, purchase agreements, leases, severance and termination paperwork — and keeps the compliance side of a transactional practice in order: formations, foreign qualifications, annual reports, consents, ownership records. On disputes she prepares factual summaries and demand materials and coordinates document collection.
She holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and an LL.B. from Nanjing University, is admitted in Washington and New York, and holds China's national legal profession qualification. She spent the earlier part of her career on cross-border matters in the Shanghai offices of international law firms.
