Violeta Feinstein is a paralegal at Oseran Hahn, supporting the firm’s business, real-estate, and international-client work with careful drafting, multilingual fluency, and a calm hand on a complicated calendar.
Violeta works closely with attorneys across the firm on transactional and cross-border files. She assembles closing binders for real-estate and business transactions, prepares filings and translations, coordinates with title companies, lenders, and overseas counsel, and keeps multi-jurisdictional matters moving when time zones and document formats add friction.
Many of the firm’s international clients work with Violeta from the first call onward. She brings the kind of multilingual fluency and cultural fluency that lets a transaction read clearly on both sides of the closing table.
Outside the office Violeta enjoys time with her family and is an active member of the Pacific Northwest community. She is known around the firm for her warmth and an unusually clear way of writing up a complicated task list.
