Biography

Dennis’s law practice centers on estate and charitable planning, wealth protection and transfer, and tax reduction.  With over three decades in practice and thousands of clients representing the entire wealth spectrum, he has a broad range of ideas to offer in providing each client with a plan that works. 

Dennis attended Sacred Heart, Seattle Prep and then Gonzaga University where he received a B.A. in psychology with honors in 1978.  Upon receiving his regular Army commission, Dennis spent seven years on active duty.  He transferred to the Army Reserves in 1985 to attend the University of Washington Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1988.  Dennis is an experienced search and rescue leader in volunteer units that find and rescue both humans and animals.  He has been a board member for numerous of local charitable organizations.

He has authored trust and other systems in use nationwide and is a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating and other professional awards.  He loves to speak to groups about estate and business issues to help people live better lives. He is committed to helping people protect everyone they love and everything they own.

Who are your pets?
Cats – Stango, Goodie and Pete.  Dogs – Frodo the mini-schnauzer and Lucy the Labradoodle.

What is your guilty food obsession? 
Dick’s cheeseburger and fries

What are you famous for?
Creative estate planning, most recently “gun trusts” and lawful firearms possession and transfer

Espresso or coffee in any form except decaf.

Search and Rescue operations – off road navigation in bad weather, all hours
