Tom Hansen is an experienced transactional attorney. Since his admission to the Washington State Bar Association in 1990, Tom has focused his practice on commercial and residential transactional work, which includes real estate, real estate finance, construction, environmental, corporate and business planning.
Tom represents real estate developers, construction companies, private lenders, commercial landlords, property owners, and tenants in a broad variety of real estate matters. He has represented numerous U.S. and international companies with purchase and development of commercial properties in Washington and surrounding states. He represents commercial lenders and borrowers in a full range of project and permanent financing and refinance transactions. In addition to commercial transactions, Tom also provides guidance to sellers and buyers in all aspects of residential property transactions.
Tom graduated from the University of Washington in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science in Forestry, and went on to pursue his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. When not working, Tom enjoys time with his family, cycling, hiking, woodworking, coaching youth sports, and volunteer activities.
